Awesome food and great tour guides!

The food was amazing on this scooter tour! So fresh and tasty! Our tour guides Mango and June were brilliant. We were given a lot of information about the food but also a lot of interesting facts about Vietnam. We were also given a lot of other recommendations of things to see do and eat. Would definitely recommend this tour!

Great food tour by motor bike
We have just had an amazing food tour for 3 hours with Mango and Ha, so much fun seeing Hanoi at night on a motor bike stoping at local food vendors and restaurants sampling authentic Vietnamese food and flavors.
We learnt so much about culture and how to eat Vietnamese food. Mango was so knowledgeable, we loved learning about not only food, culture, Hanoi it’s land marks. Mango is really helpful and friendly.
This is a must do tour in Hanoi and recommend it to anyone visiting!

When I say this food tour will move you, I mean it literally and figuratively. Going around Hanoi on a motorbike with my guide, Mango, got me around Hanoi quickly and dramatically. It was incredible to watch how she was able to maneuver around the very thick and tricky traffic. I was also moved by how dynamic and beautiful the city of Hanoi is and by the stories of my guide. Mango was the best tour guide ever. I was the only one on the four hour tour so it was more like having a long dinner with a close girlfriend. We ate delicious food and chatted about life in Vietnam. Mango took me to eat a lot of local food: rice noodles, papaya salad with delicious beef jerky, bun cha, imperial rolls (three kinds!), bahn mi, egg coffee, sticky rice with mango. At the same time, she showed me many points of interest in Hanoi and told me many stories about the culture, traditions, and history of the city. At one point, we got caught in the pouring rain but it didn't spoil our time at all. In fact, it added to the fun we were having. The tour made me appreciate and learn more about Hanoi. By the end of it, my tummy was full of good food and my heart and mind were filled with lovely images of Hanoi and Mango's wonderful stories. I left the city wanting to stay longer and definitely determined to come back. Now I know why Vietnam was Anthony Bourdain's favorite country and Hanoi one of his favorite cities! Thanks, Mango, for showing me such a good time!

We spent 2 and half weeks travelling in Vietnam with our 10 year old daughter and this was definitely a highlight of our trip. We were only in Hanoi for one day and night so wanted to make the most of our evening. Our evening with Hanoi Motorbike Street Foods was a fantastic way to spend the evening! We booked the tour in the morning and decided to go for the 3 hour evening motorbike food tour. Being from Scotland, we thought it would be a more comfortable temperature in the evening. We were picked up at our hotel by our motorbike drivers, Tracey, Sam and Moon, and we gathered at the tour office to meet the other people on our tour, 6 of us altogether. We were given helmets and set off into the exciting Hanoi streets with our drivers and guide, Mango (Hoai Tran). We had only been back on the back of bikes once before on the trip and felt very safe with our drivers. We made 6 stops for food and they were all delicious. Mango was a great guide and I definitely recommend her tour. She explained everything about the food so well for us to understand how it is made and eaten and gave us lots of information about Vietnamese life and culture. We particularly liked the beef glass noodles. It was an exciting, fun and sociable evening and I highly recommend it. Thank you so much Mango and Tracey, Sam and Moon for making our one night in Hanoi so memorable! We talked about all the exciting foods and fun zipping around the Hanoi streets for a long time afterwards!

Awesome city tour with Hanoi Motorbike Street Foods!

I booked a half day city tour by scooter - it was raining a little so there were no other bookings - I was lucky enough to end up having a private tour with Rosie. Lucky for me the rain stopped and we had a great few hours. Best way to see Hanoi! Rosie is super-knowledgeable and shared loads of insights about the sites we visited and the local culture - and she has some mad motorbike skills! We stopped for traditional coffee and a local lunch, and packed all the important sites into 4 hours.

The whole process was great - I booked at the last minute via email and the staff were really accommodating and had grreat communication. Rosie picked me up at my accommodation a little way out of the city centre, and stopped along the way to get me a raincoat. Felt 100% safe on the scooter. Highly recommend!
